Over Horizon x Steel Empire brings together the versions of Steel Empire released for Mega Drive and Gameboy, along with Over Horizon, available for the first time globally. In this package, players will enjoy Over Horizon, a shooter in which aboard the Striker or Zeppelin spacecraft, players will face the Motorhead Empire. In Steel Empire, players choose between four different ships to fight a variety of enemies.
